Tank truck measurements systems
We are the sole representative in Poland of the DEZIDATA -TVE GmbH company, which is a producer of very, very innovative measuring systems for tank trucks.
The company's founders set themselves the goal of providing the market with a complete electronic surveillance system transported by road tankers with fuel consisting of single centrally controlled, but also autonomous modules. Individual elements form a complete system that allows continuous monitoring of the quantity and quality of the product loaded in the bottling plant throughout the entire route of the tanker truck to the unloading point at the station and unloading without fear of being able to mix different types of fuels or unloading fuel contaminated with unwanted additives (anti-mixing system).
The absolutely innovative way of measuring the level and volume by means of an ultrasonic wave means that the system has no moving parts as in the case of a mechanical flowmeter or a measuring system with a probe and floats. The lack of heavy fittings results in significant weight savings of the measuring system, which in the case of increasingly lighter tanks made of aluminum alloys gives measurable benefits by increasing the amount of transported product, without exceeding the permissible weight of the total set.
The accuracy of measurements <0.1% leaves the previous measurement methods behind. It is a unique, only fully electronic measuring system ensuring:

The system consists of several alternative elements:

DIPCHECK2
Electronic measurement of the tank chamber filling level with detection of the type of transported product. It has GUM approval as a measuring system.

DEZICOP3
Anti-mixing system (crossover protection) in accordance with EN 14116.
SEAL a system known as the "electronic seal" or SPD - supervises the opening of valves and other elements enabling access to transported fuel.

Dezi-TRUCK
Data exchange module between the tank truck and the logistics base.
DEZICHEM-M
Measuring system for road tankers intended for transporting chemicals such as solvents, AdBlue and similar.
